Johnson Partners is pleased to be partnering with Alpine Energy Limited on a program of senior Executive Searches to strengthen the senior leadership team, the second being the appointment of Susan Lowe as Chief People Officer.

Under CEO Caroline Ovenstone, the organisation is proactively meeting the growing demands for innovation, collaboration and decarbonisation in the energy sector.

Susan’s role is instrumental in connecting the people strategy to the evolving organisation building on an inclusive and progress driven culture. Susan will be a key member of the Leadership Team guiding the merger of two core operating businesses as one Alpine Energy team.

Prior to joining Alpine Energy, Susan was the Chief People and Sustainability Officer for Fuel50, and the People and Culture Director for Coca Cola Europacific Partners. Her earlier career was spent with leading retailers including Noel Lemming and The Warehouse. She is a Chartered Fellow of HRNZ and a Human Resource Director 2023 Hot List Winner.
