AFG appoints Rebecca Gravestock as Chief People Officer
We are delighted to have partnered with AFG on the appointment of Rebecca Gravestock as CPO.
AFG Chief Executive Officer David Bailey welcomed Rebecca to the role. “I am delighted to welcome Rebecca to AFG. She is a highly accomplished and strategic people leader with a wealth of knowledge and experience that will add value to AFG’s business and employees.”

Rebecca joins AFG from the private sector, most recently consulting in people advisory and strategy, and leading people and culture for the region at Xero. A qualified and experienced leader, Rebecca comes to AFG with more than 20 years’ experience with high growth public companies, and consulting to clients nationally and globally with Booz & Co. and PwC.
Rebecca holds degrees from the University of Melbourne and La Trobe University, and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
