AESC is the association for executive search professionals and leadership consultants globally. With over 16,000 members, the organisation provides education, professional development and tools and sets the standards by which our industry is governed.  Notably the organisation provides thought leadership, collaboration and community for the executive search and leadership consulting industry.  In close partnership with Karen Greenbaum, CEO of AESC and the Board of Directors including, Johnson Partners Nicola Mirza, Russel Reynolds Grace Cheng and Accord India Sonal Agrawal, several members of AESC collaborated across the region on this important search for the industry.

Sarah brings a unique blend of operations and client engagement to further lead the development and reach of AESC within the APAC region. She draws on many years of experience in leadership consulting developing leadership frameworks and client programs.  Beginning her career in the industry with Miller Heiman Group where her tenure culminated as Senior Director Operations, Professional & Client Services APAC before the firm was acquired by Korn Ferry in 2019. At Korn Ferry Sarah was Head of Delivery for Professional & Leadership Development in APAC and was instrumental in the launch of the firm’s Client Success division as Head of Client Success APAC & CoE Client Success Global. Most recently Sarah was with Sprouta as Director of Client Experience.
