Aaron brings nearly 25 years of experience spanning corporate governance, financial services, property, and law. He began his career in private practice and in-house legal roles across New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom before moving into senior executive leadership. Most recently, he served as CEO of the NZX-listed Vital Healthcare Property Trust, where he led the $3.6 billion trans-Tasman healthcare real estate portfolio through a period of strong growth, enhanced stakeholder engagement, and strengthened organisational culture. Prior to this, he held senior roles at ASX-listed Growthpoint Properties Australia, including Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel.

Aaron is recognised for his strategic clarity, commercial discipline, and ability to lead in complex stakeholder environments. His collaborative approach and commitment to culture align strongly with the firm’s values and future ambitions.
